IBPS Regional Rural Bank Phase VII

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs VII) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The exam will be conducted tentatively between August and October 2018.

Post Age Criteria
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager) Above 21 years – Below 40 years
For Officer Scale- II (Manager) Above 21 years – Below 32 years
Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) Above 21 years – Below 32 years
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Between 18 years and 28 years

Age relaxation

  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
  • Other Backward Classes – 3 years
  • 3 Persons With Benchmark Disability as defined under “The Rights of Persons With Disabilities Act, 2016” – 10 years

Officer (Scale I, II & III)

– Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

– Rs. 600/- for all others

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

– Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.

Important Dates:

  • Online Applications are available from 8th June to 2nd July 2018.
  • Application Fee payment is acceptable from 8th June to 2nd July 2018.
  • Preliminary Exam (Officer Scale-I) will be conducted on 11th, 12th & 18th August 2018.
  • Preliminary Exam (Officer Assistant) will be conducted on 19th& 25th August and 1st September 2018.
  • Main/Single Examination will be conducted on 30th September 2018 & 7th October 2018.

Name of the Post Educational Qualification Experience Required

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.

– Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs

– Working Knowledge of Computer is desirable.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.

– Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs

– Working Knowledge of Computer is desirable.

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 2 years as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution

Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)

Information Technology Officer:

– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Desirable:

Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.

Chartered Accountant:

– Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

1 year as a Chartered Accountant
Law Officer:

– Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

2 years as an Advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years
Treasury Manager:

– Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized University/Institution.

Marketing Officer:

– MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.

Agricultural Officer:

– Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

– Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions
